Software rollouts

Timely and practical training in a simulated environment 

A growing part of our business is in supporting the rollout of major software applications and systems (such as CRM, ERP, finance or patient records systems). We produce interactive multimedia information and learning programs which provide user training in a simulated, safe environment.

The training platform is a 100% functionally and visually accurate simulation of the software application. The user is guided and motivated through the training using a narrator, who provides instructions and feedback on the user's actions. On-screen exercises are used to allow users to become familiar and practice the company’s processes and application functions.

Blended learning tools

Year long experience and development partnerships as well as experienced authors help you to gain the optimal results. We offer the realisation of your projects as well as the transfer of know how.

Develop, update and administer learning elements

ILT Solutions offers licensed authoring tools which enable you to generate learning content and/or modify and adapt ILT Solution’s courses independently, easily and rapidly. We will help you to select and implement the tight tool, develop branded, didactic templates for it, and develop your in-house capabilities so that you can get up to speed quickly on the tool.

We also provide learning administration tools and can recommend an appropriate Learning Management System (LMS) or provide solutions which integrate perfectly with an existing LMS. An LMS is a web-based system designed to disseminate and control learning content around your organisation and enable managers to measure training progress at an individual, department or company level.

ILT Solutions has extensive experience in designing, developing, launching and supporting LMS systems which are suitably branded, are well structured in terms of user permission hierarchies and successfully interface with other systems.

eHealth and Wellbeing

ILT Solutions is working with leading psychological and medical experts from universities in Germany and the UK to develop innovative and effective online well-being and therapy programmes.

The eTIPS (Targeted Intervention for Psoriasis) programme uses cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) principles to help individuals to understand that the way they think about a situation can affect how they feel and act. http://www.etips.org.uk

ILT Solutions has also developed an online CBT programme (authored by Dr. Christine Bundy, Manchester University) to provide support in coping with stress, anxiety and depression in work situations.  This programme is delivered by leading Employee Assistance Providers as part of their ‘well-being’ offering to their clients’ staff. An American version of the programme is now being marketed to clients in the USA following verification by the Online Therapy Institute – a think tank for all issues related to mental health, cyberpsychology, technology and the internet.

A ‘burn-out’ prevention programme is being jointly developed between ILT Solutions’ team in Germany and the University of Cologne - who will provide experienced and practice-oriented psychologists for the programme. The project will be rolled-out in stages: the first part of the roll-out will take place in Q1 2013. Our UK team is working with UK clients to develop a similar programme for building individual, team and corporate resilience.
