ILT Solutions was founded in June 1999 to use high-productivity technology and processes to provide just-in-time multimedia training for IT applications training. Training is delivered via CD-ROMs or web servers. 

 

In November 1999, ILT Solutions acquired Vision Multimedia Ltd. and Integrierte Lern-Technologie GmbH (ILT) to fast-track its technology and sales growth.

 

In September 2002 ILT Solutions was admitted to AIM (Alternative Investment Market). AIM is the London Stock Exchange's global market for smaller, growing companies. The company's shares are traded on no other exchanges.

 

In November 2004 ILT Solutions acquired Applied Interactive Limited in order to strengthen its UK sales and marketing operation, and provide a broader range of products and a wider customer base.

 
On the 28th November 2008 ILT Solutions cancelled it's listing on AIM (Alternative Investment Market). In December 2008 ILT Solutions Plc converted to a private company and is now trading as ILT Solutions Limited.

The Company is involved in both generic and bespoke product development and has an in-house team of learning specialists, software developers, graphic designers and sales people.
 
The company is incorporated in the UK and more than 50% of its trade is done in Germany.
